Backset

FSB offers two tubular latch backsets and ten mortise lock backsets. Standard backsets for tubular latches are 2¼" and 2 ⅜". The standard mortise lock backset is 2¾".
The following mortise lock backsets are also available on request:

Standard doors almost invariably feature standardised door thicknesses. FSB spindles are available for door thicknesses 1 ⅜, 1¾, 2 or 2¼ inches.

Doors are either right hand (RH) or left hand (LH) in swinging or right hand reverse (RHR) or left hand reverse (LHR) out swinging, relative to which way they open.

Door Thickness
