Handing
Doors are either right hand (RH) or left hand (LH) inswinging or right hand reverse (RHR) or left hand reverse (LHR) outswinging, relative to which way they open.
The hand of a door is always determined from the outside of a door. For example, the outside of a room door is the hall side; the outside of a closet door is the room side, etc.
